Lead AI Research Engineer - Computer Vision/Gen AI

B.Tech / M.Tech / Phd in Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence, Electronics / Signal Processing, etc. from a reputed institute, college, or university with relevant industry work experience. Multiple positions open at different levels of seniority depending on Qualifications, Experience Level, and Competency Bar. Ideal candidates will have

• Ability to independently conceptualize, design, implement, and scale AI product solutions.
• Ability to break down product requirements into executable ML tasks.
• Some Experience in mentoring other team members.
• History of authoring peer-reviewed publications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and generative AI for image, video, or 3d applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify research & development problems, and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to convert technology findings into practical solutions and drive commercialization efforts.
• Develop algorithms and models based on state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning advancements, especially in the areas of generative AI (e.g., image, video, or 3d generation).
