Lead AI Solution Architect

Job Summary

As part of ‘AI Works’ team, responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML based solutions across core business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business processes, collect and integrate data from various data sources to be used for building AI/ML solutions

Laison and collaborate with different business stakeholders and back end engineering teams to develop, test and deploy AI based solutions

Perform data analysis, data discovery to find meaningful and actionable business insights and discuss such data driven stories with business teams

Work with both structured and unstructured data to develop solutions leveraging all kinds of AI techniques (primarily leveraging python)

Work with technology and deployment teams to enable on cloud solution deployment and integration across various Max Life core business systems

Work towards standardizing back end AI/ML solution pipelines leveraging MLOps

Work with AI team members to solve technical problems and guide them through solution building

Assist the project leader towards project management of AI/ML projects to ensure on-time and high quality delivery through day to day monitoring of progress

Create frameworks and tools to monitor solution performance, suggest measures for improvement and possible enhancements from time to time

Key Competencies/Skills Required

Hands on experience in development and deployment of ML/DL/NLP based solutions (primarily with Python)

Applied knowledge of machine learning, Deep Learning technologies

Experience in working with various open source tools and technologies such as Python, R, Spark etc. ML / DL frameworks like tensor flow, keras, AutoML, pytorch etc.

Knowledge and Experience in working with cloud stack – AWS for enabling on cloud solution deployment

Strong project management skills with exposure to agile project delivery practices

Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technology teams

Ability to work with a lean team internally, with self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude

Enthusiastic self-learner with builder mindset

Desired qualification and experience

Education:

PHD/ Master’s degree in Quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics from premiere institutes

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in analytical roles, total experience of 8 - 10 years
