Mobcoder is looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to build and scale LLM-powered assistants, agentic workflows, and intelligent AI systems

What You'll Do

• Design and build memory-aware LLM systems (RAG, long-term memory, personalization)
• Architect agent and tool-calling pipelines with high reliability
• Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost
• Lead AI solutions from prototype to production
• Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
• Define evaluation, monitoring, and safety frameworks to reduce hallucinations and improve production reliability
