Job Summary

The Lead ACA is responsible for leading a team of technicians in a line maintenance environment to address aircraft defects and operational events in a timely and equitable manner. Communication about task completion and aircraft serviceability to the supervisor or MOC is also a key element to this role. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that all maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the policies and procedures contained in the MCM, MPM, DPDs, aircraft and component maintenance manuals and Transport Canada requirements Maintain an AME M2 or E license and ACA qualifications on company aircraft and assume the responsibilities of an ACA if the operation requires support Liaise with MOC and Operations to schedule overnight work packages, hangar availability, and gate movements Responsible for all Apprentices, AMEs, and ACAs for the delegation and timely completion of assigned tasks Assist with ground support equipment (GSE) maintenance, ...
