Spectral Consultants is hiring for Lead Analyst (SQL , Python,ETL) for Hyderabad.
Experience: 4.5 to 6 years
What You’ll Do
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Mentor and guide team members on technical and best-practice aspects
Work closely with client stakeholders using excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Continuously learn new domains and technologies with a growth mindset
Maintain high attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
Troubleshoot and resolve complex client-reported incidents within defined SLAs
What You’ll Bring
Primary Skills:
Professional IT experience, preferably working with operations teams
Strong coding experience in Python
Proven experience of coaching / mentoring 5- 6 team members
Expert-level SQL programming and experience with database tools (mandatory)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
