What will I be doing?
Lead and mentor the mobile development team , providing guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Act as a hands-on developer , contributing high-quality code using React Native, Expo, and AWS AppSync, while participating in technical decision-making. Oversee the full app development lifecycle , from planning and architecture to release, maintenance, and ensuring coding standards and CI/CD practices are followed. Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and reliable mobile app features.
