Role Summary: Lead application management for business-critical systems, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance. Oversee incident, change, and release management while driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Primary Skills: Business Analysis or Product management skill with SQL, JIRA, ServiceNow, GitHub, Data Analysis, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Code Review Secondary Skill: Python Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications; resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements. Manage ServiceNow/JIRA tickets, troubleshooting, and escalation. Coordinate releases, migrations, and environment maintenance from development to production. Implement risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies. Support testing, requirement analysis, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders for billing, reporting, and compliance. Preferred: Experience with packaged and custom applications (.NET, WideOrbit, BTS), SQL/Oracle environments, and release management. Location> Mexico City Av.
