Overview

The Lead Assistant Golf Professional plays a key leadership role in the daily execution of golf operations at Weymouth Country Club and Fox Meadow Country Club. This position supports the Director of Golf in delivering an exceptional, consistent member experience across both facilities while helping drive participation, programming, instruction, merchandising, and service standards.
This is a highly visible, service-driven leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, staff supervision, and seamless member service in support of the “two clubs, one membership” experience.

Experience Required

Experience & Qualifications
  • PGA Associate or PGA Class A Professional (preferred)

  • 3-4+ years of experience in private club golf operations

  • Demonstrated customer service excellence and leadership potential
