Overview
Mayfield Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure the highest standards of service, efficiency, and member satisfaction across all areas of the golf operation.
The Lead Assistant Golf Professional manages all aspects of the club’s golf operation. This includes the pro shop, outside services, merchandising, as well as instructional programming. The Lead Assistant Golf Professional will be expected to help drive all areas of the golf operation to success.
Experience Required
Level 2 associate or higher required (in good standing).
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Golf Professional.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the club’s and its members’ needs.
