Job Description
• 4 to 6 years BA in a SaaS Environment with implementation experience
• Kronos ,SaaS HR, WFR ( WorkForce Ready) experience
• Time and Labor implementation experience
• Excellent customer service as this a is client-facing roll
• Multi-task and support across multiple implementations
• Technical and development knowledge of infrastructure components, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications.
• Basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
