The organisation is building a Auto IT Talent Hub to support its evolution into a regional software and digital engineering centre. This role sits at the centre of that initiative and is responsible for building talent capability systems , not running ad-hoc training.

What the Role Is Accountable For

  • Creating a sustained pipeline of Auto IT talent across technician, graduate, and postgraduate levels
  • Driving industry–academia collaboration , especially postgraduate Auto IT programs
  • Translating future software-defined vehicle skill needs into actionable program
  • Communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior management
  • Operating with ownership in ambiguous, first-of-its-kind initiative
  • A PowerPoint-heavy strategy role with execution
