We are currently looking to hire a Property Scout/Acquisition Specialist for the Pune region. To ensure the candidate is a strong fit for this role, we have defined the following essential requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess local expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in relevant tools and documentation. Specifically, we require that the candidate:

• Possesses a two-wheeler for efficient travel throughout the territory.
• Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of the Pune territory.
• Demonstrates good communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Is proficient in handling MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Is aware of average rental rates and commercial/land lease rates based on area specifications within Pune.
• Is well-versed with the legal documentation process involved in leasing agreements.
• Can effectively manage local broker relationships.
