• A Bachelor's degree in Construction/Architecture/Engineering or a related field;


• No less than 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably with expertise in BIM ;


• Familiarity with current software tools and methodologies used for building information modeling;


• Excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills;
