Role : Lead – HRBP
We are looking for a Lead – HRBP for Spain. As the Lead HR Business Partner for Spain, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. You will work on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with Spanish labor laws. Deliver local solutions related to Compensation & Benefits
• Ensure compliance with Spanish Labour Law & local CBA
• Provide guidance to Managers and business leaders on HR related topics
• As such, excellent communication skills and a flexible work approach is needed when working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and the flexibility and adaptability to work with larger groups is valued.
Experience and knowledge of Spanish labour Law, HR policies and Benefits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create reports, presentations, and manage data effectively. ...
