Lead Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join a major bank on a high-profile procurement transformation program, including a core procurement system implementation and an emerging procurement AI capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a complex systems implementation
• Proactively define, structure, and execute workstreams – creating tasks, plans, and artefacts rather than waiting for direction
• Partner closely with technology, procurement, and business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into clear, actionable outcomes
• Support delivery across the SDLC, from discovery and requirements through to build, test, and implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing a consulting mindset to problem‑solving and delivery
