Lead Business Analyst

Overview

Position Description ADP Global Payroll is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to own measurement and analytics enablement for a multiyear strategic program. You’ll partner with program and fleet leaders to translate objectives into clear KPIs, establish baselines, design measurement specifications, and coordinate delivery of executive friendly dashboards and scorecards. The role combines stakeholder management, measurement strategy, data readiness, and hands-on analytics requirements to work to ensure reliable measurement and reporting across the program.

Responsibilities

• Run intake and prioritization for measurement request including baseline assessment, dependency mapping, tradeoffs and planning
• Partner with program and business leaders to clarify the problem to solve, outcomes, what good means and translate that into measurement specifications
