We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with a strong blend of technical analytical expertise and commercial acumen. This role will function as a strategic link between our technical teams and prospective clients. In addition to gathering and analysing requirements, the Lead BA will play a key role in the pre-sales cycle by shaping solution proposals, managing RFPs, and demonstrating the value of our IT services to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to identify and qualify leads based on technical fit
  • Lead the end-to-end management and creation of responses for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the business value of proposed solutions
