Lead Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst supports the teams in the following ways:

• Production Support : Helping the squad monitoring for Business-as-Usual issues, performing initial analysis, creating defect cards and helping prioritize them in the backlog.
• Requirement Elicitation : Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and clearly articulate business needs and use cases from a diverse group of business stakeholders during Discovery phaseworking closely with the Design team and Product.
• High-Level Solution Analysis : Working closely with Tech Leads, Lead Dev, QA and Developers to analyze data and systems, develop high-level solution and identify impacts.
