Job Description
**The Lead Business Analyst supports the teams in the following ways:**
+ **Production Support** : Helping the squad monitoring for Business-as-Usual issues, performing initial analysis, creating defect cards and helping prioritize them in the backlog.
+ **Requirement Elicitation** : Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and clearly articulate business needs and use cases from a diverse group of business stakeholders during Discovery phase working closely with the Design team and Product.
+ **High-Level Solution Analysis** : Working closely with Tech Leads, Lead Dev, QA and Developers to analyze data and systems, develop high-level solution and identify impacts.
+ **Analyzing business processes:** workflows and user journeys using advanced techniques such as process maps, value stream maps and story boards.
