Job Description:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect and document business needs.

• Process Analysis: Create process flow diagrams, identify gaps, and suggest improvements for better efficiency.

• Solution Design: Work closely with the development team to

design solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Validation & Testing: Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback sessions.

• Documentation: Prepare functional specs, user stories, and maintain detailed documentation for compliance and reference.

• Communication & Risk Management: and ensuring alignment, clear communication, and proactive risk mitigation.


Educational Qualification:


• MCA/ ./ in CSE/IT //MS/MBA with at least 10 years of experience

• Experience of at least 3 projects with State/ Central Government/PSUs
