The Lead Business Analyst interprets business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating user and technical requirements. This role provides strategic oversight to analysts, facilitates requirement sessions, ensures successful user acceptance testing, identifies and resolves system issues, develops documentation, and monitors project status to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to gather, elicit, create, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Ability to provide oversight, coaching, mentoring, and delegation to lower-level analysts. Ability to track and manage open issues and assist in planning resolutions.
