- The SharePoint Migration Business Analyst (BA) / Lead serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the migration delivery teams, ensuring business requirements, content usage patterns, compliance needs, and user expectations are fully understood and translated into actionable migration, archival, and modernization requirements.
- This role leads discovery, requirement definition, site readiness assessments, UAT coordination, and business sign-off across multiple migration waves, while driving adoption readiness and change management alignment.
