Job Description: Lead Business Systems Analyst

Position Overview

Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions using Cube and Insbridge platforms. This role will also cover data conversion and migration tasks related to underwriting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CUBE, Insbridge, and data conversion/migration for underwriting.
• Analyze and Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents
• Design and document solutions for CUBE and Insbridge systems, including workflows, data models, and integration points
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are technically feasible and aligned with architectural standards
• Plan and execute data conversion and migration activities related to underwriting.
• Develop data mapping and transformation rules to support data migration from legacy systems to target Arch systems
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the conversion and migration processes.
• Develop and implement data validation and reconciliation procedures
• Develop and execute test plans to validate Cube and Insbridge solutions, ensuring system functionality and data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve issues related to implementations, working closely with development and QA teams
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, system design, configuration guides
• • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with Cube (Pega) and Insbridge systems is an added advantage
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools for data migration
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or certifications specific to CUBE and Insbridge are highly preferred
• Experience in insurance industry is preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Cube and Insbridge solutions based on business needs
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Strong knowledge of data conversion and migration activities
