    Job Description

  • Develop and implement CAPEX plans for new warehouses and expansions.
  • Oversee layout design, racking, material handling equipment, and automation solutions.
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and contracts for CAPEX items.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth commissioning and handover.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Lead - Capex (Warehousing) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in warehouse setup and CAPEX management.
  • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
