UPMC St. Margaret Hospital is seeking a Lead Central Sterile Processing Technician to oversee evening‑shift operations (Monday–Friday, 2:30–11:00 p.m.), providing hands‑on leadership and ensuring safe, efficient instrument reprocessing across decontamination, inspection/assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, distribution, and documentation. In this role, you’ll coordinate staff coverage and workflow on the evening shift, uphold department standards, and verify case carts and daily needs lists are complete to support on‑time surgical care. The position does not require routine on‑call, weekend, or holiday work, only as needed for overtime or staffing support.
