Position: Senior Civil Designer & Team Lead

Location: Perth, WA

Salary: $150K–$200K + Super (dependent on experience)

A national consultancy with a strong civil and infrastructure portfolio is looking to appoint a Senior Civil Designer & Team Lead to oversee design delivery across a diverse range of projects. This role combines hands‑on technical design with day‑to‑day coordination of a small, capable design team.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality civil designs while guiding team output, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting engineers to deliver accurate, buildable solutions.
