Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Clinical Psychologist located in Ludhiana. The Lead Clinical Psychologist will guide and support the mental health care team in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, planning and delivering therapy sessions, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with patients and caregivers to establish effective treatment plans. The role also involves leveraging evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Strong 5-6 years of experience in the same profile.
• Strong expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to practical care and treatment.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administering and interpreting assessments to diagnose mental health issues accurately.
• Thorough understanding of Mental Health management, including therapeutic interventions and patient collaboration.
• Experience in Clinical Supervision, guiding and mentoring a team of mental health professionals to maintain high standards of care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and teams.
• Mphil in Clinical Psychologist;
  relevant licensure as aClinical Psychologist.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to work empathetically and with cultural sensitivity in a diverse environment.
