Senior Clinical Trial Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.

In this role, you will act as a central contact for project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation. You will also be responsible for start-up activities, including feasibilities under direction of Project Director (PD), Project Manager (PM) and or Lead CRA. Additionally, you will initiate, maintain and reconcile e-TMF, In-House TMF & ISF.

• eTMF Specialist: Processes study documents which may include document receipt, scanning quality control naming upload filing periodic quality controls compliance with study specific TMF plans audit inspection readiness completeness eTMF.
