Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Compensation, Benefits & PMS professional to manage end-to-end compensation frameworks, employee benefits, and performance management processes. The role ensures market competitiveness, statutory compliance, performance-linked pay , and alignment with business objectives.
1. Compensation & Benefits
Design and manage salary structures, grades, and pay bands as per New Wage Code
Execute annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles
Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys
Design CTC structures, incentives, and variable pay plans
Manage employee benefits (Mediclaim, Insurance, PF, Gratuity, etc.)
Coordinate with insurance vendors and TPAs
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
Drive end-to-end PMS cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual appraisal)
Enable KRA/KPI alignment with business goals
Ensure linkage of PMS outcomes with increments and incentives
Manage performance calibration and distribution analysis
Support managers and employees on PMS processes
3. Compliance, Payroll & Governance
Provide accurate payroll inputs related to C&B and PMS
Support audits and policy adherence
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
4. Analytics & Stakeholder Management
Prepare MIS and dashboards for management
Partner with HRBPs, Business Heads, and Finance
Handle compensation and performance-related queries professionally
Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and PMS
Sound understanding of Indian labor laws
Experience with HRMS / PMS tools
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
High integrity, attention to detail, and stakeholder management
C&B or PMS certification (preferred)
Candidates from FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail / Pharma industry will be preferred
