Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Compensation Lead partners with HRBPs, People Experience, and Talent Acquisition to deliver compensation programs across Canada and the This role supports compensation program design, year-end planning, job evaluation, market analysis, and modeling. You will also play a key role in transforming compensation processes and modernizing our tools. This role is hybrid or remote. Candidates in the Greater Toronto Area are expected onsite in Mississauga two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of compensation programs (salary, STI, LTI) and advise HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, relocations, and retention matters.
