Lead Composite Development Engineer

As the Lead Composite Development Engineer, you will work on the Advanced Material team, supporting the development introduction of new composite materials onto aerospace components. You will focus on the industrialization of new materials from the test development through to application development. You will work closely with various internal functional groups (Engineering, Sourcing/Procurement, Quality, Operations) as well as outside entities, such as test labs and research institutions, and material suppliers. The support ranges from developing part manufacture techniques to material testing and data analysis.

As the engineer, you should demonstrate an ability to work with limited to some supervision, and in collaboration with others, effectively interfacing and integrating their activities within the engineering organization and with external entities.
