How You’ll Make a Difference

• The Architect of Operations: You will start by mastering foundational workflows—from estimating to coordination—and translating them into a Offshore Playbook of step-by-step SOPs to pave the way for future team scaling.

• Precision in Pre-Construction: You will drive project starts by managing bid invitations in Building Connected and performing accurate quantity takeoffs for finishes, drywall, and flooring using Planswift.

• The Compliance Gatekeeper: You protect the company’s legal standing by enforcing strict Canadian standards (WSIB, CCDC)...
