Lead Consultant, AI Transformation

As a Lead Consultant, AI Transformation, you’ll work directly with clients and cross‑functional internal teams to diagnose business challenges, design AI‑enabled solutions, and guide organizations through large‑scale AI transformation. You will translate complex workflows into future‑state AI opportunities, quantify impact, and help shape the strategic growth of AI‑focused work across Monks. We are looking for someone passionate about unlocking new value through applied AI and who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations.
