Job Description
• Track record of driving large-scale enterprise IT BSS platform systems architecture, design, digital transformation programs IT architecture, global network expansions/deployment designs, and propose innovative data solutions to rollout services.
• Track record of leading/coaching solution/IT designers, business analysts, process analysts, data stewards, data engineers, and other cross-functional team members to drive the data office initiatives while providing technical leadership and guidance.
• Prior experience of leading technology solution evaluations/implementations, PoC's and large transformation programs with exposure to handling cross-cultural global engineering teams, digital IT solution building.
• Extensive experience in evaluating and reviewing the various vendor COTS products, cloud/telecom/data/BSS IT solutions, and services proposals.
• Experience in developing IT systems strategy, architectural roadmaps, aligning business strategy to IT process, and driving large IT transformation programs architecture/digital initiatives. Knowledge of BSS sub-domains – bidding, quoting, pricing, ordering, workflow, orchestration, fulfillment, billing, reporting, ETL, etc.
• Good business understanding of telecom domain services and products voice and data services, SDN, NFV, Broadband services, SMS, VPN services, Telecom Domain networks, etc.
