Responsible for end-to-end operations and maintenance of Singtel's SD-WAN platforms, including incident management, configuration changes, security governance, and performance reporting. Also contributes to the design and implementation of new platform products and services

Make an impact by:

  • Handle regular preventive maintenance on the SD-WAN Platform Operations.  
  • Support the expansion, upgrades and roll-outs of new network and systems infrastructure involving hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, virtual appliances, VNFs, network monitoring and management systems.
