<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as a Presales Lead focused on supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in supply chain management, particularly in leading Planning functions, combined with strong client-facing and solutioning capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to drive tailored solution development and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities: </b><br/><br/>- Lead presales engagements for supply chain-focused solutions, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients. <br/><br/>- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, particularly around planning and operations, and design solutions that address their specific needs. <br/><br/>- Own the creation and delivery of persuasive presentations, product demos, solution overviews, and technical proposals. <br/><br/>- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, technical, and delivery teams to build and position customized solutions. <br/><br/>- Develop reusable presales assets including templates, case studies, and ROI models. <br/><br/>- Coach and mentor junior presales or client engagement team members. <br/><br/>- Participate in and lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities. <br/><br/>- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and pricing strategy. <br/><br/>- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in supply chain and planning. <br/><br/><b>Key Requirements: </b><br/><br/>- Proven leadership experience in Planning within the supply chain domain. <br/><br/>- Demonstrated success in a presales or solution consulting role, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital supply chain platforms. <br/><br/>- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, etc.). <br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. <br/><br/>- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. <br/><br/>- Comfortable working in high-stakes, client-facing environments. <br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). <br/><br/><b>Nice to Have: </b><br/><br/>- 4+ years of experience in the supply chain analytics domain, with at least 3 years in pre-sales and solutioning roles. <br/><br/>- Experience working with leading supply chain software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCM) or consulting experience Would be an added advantage <br/><br/>- Multilingual communication abilities. <br/><br/>- Exposure to international client engagements or global supply chain projects.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
