Lead Consultant - Process Excellence (Transformation)

Purpose & Scope:

Works as part of a team within one or more strategic initiatives in a CxO Function or enterprise wide. Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the development and building of critical transformation capabilities for the successful execution of Astellas’ transformation agenda. Coaches more junior members of the team as applicable

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Working with Transformation Managing Principals and Principals, supports in the identification and scoping of transformation opportunities that contribute to the delivery of our CSP goals
• Works with Transformation Managing Principals and Principals on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function (or enterprise-wide as needed)
• Lead significant workstreams of a large strategic iniatiative or small strategic initiatives, manage all resources involved (people and non-payroll budget)
