**The Impact You'll Make**
As the **Service Owner for NetOps** at Danfoss, you will be at the heart of our global network service strategy. You will be accountable for the end-to-end development, quality and lifecycle of our network services. Operating at scale, you will serve as the crucial link between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders, ensuring our services are robust, scalable and aligned with business needs. Your role involves selecting the right vendors, building and implementing global services and driving their continuous improvement from inception to end-of-life.
**The job shall be hybrid, you can be employed in one of our locations - Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Povazska Bystrica, Sofia and Bucharest.**
**Please note, that the role requires regular travelling, predominantly within EMEA region.**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ **Strategic Service Ownership: To** oversee the strategic planning and delivery of NetOps services, ensuring alignment with Danfoss’s business objectives.To own and manage the service budget, taking full strategic ownership of the service portfolio. To manage the complete service lifecycle, including decisions on service enhancement, end-of-life and replacement.
+ **Performance and Quality Management:** To define, document and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring their execution to guarantee service quality and performance. To take ultimate responsibility for the the successful operation and continuous improvement of the service in collaboration with the Run/Operations team. To maintain and manage the Service Catalogue to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
+ **Stakeholder and Vendor Management:** To act as the primary point of contact, communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure services meet evolving business needs. To collect and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders, including the porocess of selecting and managing vendors.
+ **Governance and Operations:** To participate actively in service governance. To ensure adherence to the service lifecycle model and all agreed-upon operational processes. To Oversee the smooth handover of new services and updates to the operational teams.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Proven experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or a similar role within a large-scale NetOps or IT infrastructure environment.
+ Strong technical understanding of network operations, modern network technologies and security principles.
+ Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management and vendor negotiations.
+ In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and a strong background in defining and managing SLAs.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
+ Strong English language skills.
