Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Workday HCM Functional

In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities


  • Workday Functional consultant with multimodule exp – core HCM + Recruiting/Talent/Advance Compensation



  • Strong in core HCM + recruiting/Talent/Advance compensation



  • Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB's



  • Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.



  • Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes



  • Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement



  • Suggest and improve business processes



  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.



  • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration



  • Impart training to users on Workday

    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


  • BE/MBA/M.Tech



  • Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support


  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical.

    • Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.

    • Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.

    • Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.

    • Good communication and customer facing skills.

    • Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
