The Assistant Manager - Transportation role involves managing Pan-India productivity KPIs for customer pick-ups/deliveries and stock transfers, ensuring transport quality and carrier reliability, while driving continuous improvement and business process enhancements through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include handling escalations and complaints, POD/cheque reconciliations, legal compliance (e.g., E-way bill), trend reporting, network reviews, and custom solutions, alongside leading a team of 3+ by fostering ownership and mentoring for efficiency.
