Experience: 9yrs to 14yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Shape Solution Strategy: Define winning approaches and lead Salesforce and other CRM proposals.
Craft the Narrative: Position solutions with clarity and conviction to resonate with client needs.
Bridge Vision & Execution: Align business objectives with technical delivery for seamless transformation.
Innovate with AI/GenAI: Design and showcase cutting-edge use cases leveraging AI and GenAI capabilities.
Lead with Influence: Drive presales conversations, mentor teams, and ensure excellence in client engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM presales, solution consulting, or bid management (preferably Salesforce or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of enterprise CRM solutions and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions using AI/GenAI technologies.
- Experience in managing complex proposals and influencing senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications or equivalent CRM platform expertise.
- Exposure to emerging technologies and their application in CRM ecosystems.
- Experience in leading global presales teams and large-scale transformation deals
