The Customer Loyalty & Engagement Lead is responsible for contributing and developing insight driven strategies and tactics that enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and advocacy – ultimately delivering for the organization loyalty and increased value. Strategic thinker, go-getter with a fine business acumen, the lead will be able to connect the dots between consumer experience touchpoints, engagement driving tactics, and business results while also being able to understand systems and tools required to bring it to life. Working hand in hand with cross functional teams, this person will help design and implement initiatives that will turn our owners into vocal advocates. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and a passion for creating meaningful customer relationships and generating business results.
