Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Cyber Security Architect to join our Security Architecture, Engineering and assurance Team. This role involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including creating and reviewing security architectures, managing cloud security and compliance, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure cybersecurity standards are met across applications and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, and risk management.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and evaluate security reference architectures to support various projects and protect organizational assets.
+ Ensure architectures meet industry standards and best practices, adapting them as necessary for evolving business needs.
+ Oversee the implementation and management of cloud security policies and procedures that comply with TCM (Technical Configuration Management) standards.
+ Create automation to report cloud compliance against CIS benchmarks
+ Work closely with IT teams to integrate and maintain cybersecurity compliance across applications and cloud environments.
+ Ensure security practices are comprehensive and consistently applied throughout development and operational processes.
+ Assess incoming IT architecture proposals for security risks and adherence to established security frameworks.
+ Provide actionable feedback and guidance to stakeholders to enhance security posture within proposed architectures.
+ Oversee and guide penetration testing efforts, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
+ ServiceNow IRM or CMDB knowledge will be an addon
+ Establish and enforce best practices for security architecture design and implementation across the organization.
+ Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to inform best practices and enhance existing processes.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture and cloud security.
+ In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards related to cloud services.
+ Experience leading penetration testing and vulnerability assessments; relevant certification is a plus (e.g., CEH, OSCP).
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex security risks and communicate findings effectively.
