Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead Engineer to drive transformation initiatives across our Customer Identity Management, Workforce Identity/IGA, and Access Management/SSO landscapes. This role will be pivotal in delivering secure, scalable, identity solutions across the enterprise. Duties & Responsibilities Lead IAM Transformation: Drive modernization efforts across customer and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational security and scalability goals. Platform Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting identity-related issues and platform challenges. Documentation & Design: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, acting as a trusted advisor for identity and access initiatives. Security & Stability: Ensure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to security best practices and remain stable and compliant. Standards-Based Approach: Implement scalable identity solutions leveraging industry standards and frameworks. Requirements Minimum Years of Experience 7+ years of progressively complex experience in cybersecurity. Basic Qualifications Experience: 68 years in Identity and Access Management roles, with proven experience in transformation projects. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with modern IAM platforms such as Ping AIC, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, and Microsoft IGA. Strong understanding of SSO, Access Management, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Documentation Skills: Ability to create SOPs, wireframes, and technical documentation. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex identity and platform issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale IAM transformations. Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).

Required Skills & Qualifications 10 year’s experience in an infrastructure engineering or DevOps role 4 years hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS 2 years hands on experience engineering Kubernetes solutions and associated ecosystems Strong background in automation with modern automation tools like Terraform, Packer, and Puppet. Demonstrated abilities managing code and other project files with Git CI/CD experience with modern tooling like Jenkins or Azure DevOps Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts (Virtual Private Networks, Software Defined Networking, Network and Application Load Balancers, DNS, API Gateways, Routing). Solid grasp of cloud security principles and compliance standards. Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration. Understanding of GitOps Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc). Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). Hands on experience with modern GitOps tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD
