Responsibilities:
Leading the design, configuration and testing of D365 sales, forecasting, scheduling, warehousing and procurement processes
Lead the functional analysis and design discussions, advising business users on the use of the solutions based on best practices and the business processes
Work with Business SMEs to design & enable optimal business processes using Dynamics D365
Identify solution gaps, complete Joint Application Design workshops and prepare functional design documentation
