Job Description

Responsibilities (Primary Functions):

  • Gather, analyze, and transform large sets of employee feedback data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, AWS etc.
  • Develop and automate advanced visualizations in Qualtrics, AWS to display engagement metrics, pulse survey results, and other key indicators.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving employee experience.
  • Validate survey health metrics and ensure data integrity.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to HR leaders and stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in analytics or HR technology.
  • Bachelors degree in business, HR, or information systems.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS, and Qualtrics dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on people and process.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Lead initiatives with high accountability, create a collaborative environment with a solution-based approach.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for the team offering technical advice.

  • Inquisitive to understand customer prioritiesandbusiness challenges while creating value for technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and developing Qualtrics dashboards and workflows.
