Lead Data Analyst- Digital Analytics

The CXD Automation and Digitization, and Onboarding Analytics team surfaces insights on the biggest opportunities to reduce back office processing expenses through automation tools and digitization of paper forms. Onboarding analysts optimize the web experience for our new clients. It is a critical component of Vanguard's digital experience, and it includes functions like Open an Account, Transfer of Assets and Change of Ownership.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead engagement with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and complete analyses.

Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.
