Description

The Lead Data Engineer supports Nasstar's Data & AI Apps practice in designing, building and operationalising modern analytics and data platform solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. The role is hands on and delivery focused, leading technical implementation of robust data pipelines and data models that enable BI, Generative BI, and Fabric Data Agents.
You'll work in a consultancy, client facing environment helping customers shape requirements, establish best practices (including medallion architecture), and deliver production grade outcomes. As the team grows, this role is designed to develop into a Data Architect / Team / Capability Lead position, including potentially line management as the team grows.
The role is remote within the UK but there will be some travel to client sites or Nasstar offices as required.
