Job Description
The Data Governance Lead is responsible for leading RCG's enterprise data catalog initiatives to establish and maintain a cohesive and effective data cataloging system, integral to the company's broader data governance strategy and objectives. This role is pivotal to improving the availability, searchability and quality of data by ensuring efficient utilization across the organization. Additionally, this role is directly involved with the planning, development, curation, and implementation of the enterprise data catalog for enterprise project initiatives, resulting in increased adoption and usage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and administer the enterprise data catalog program by deploying best practices to architect, curate and manage these core components: business glossary, technical metadata, and linage.
