The job in a nutshell

The Data Governance Officer is a key member of the Aegon Asset Management Data Office, reporting to the Chief Data Officer. The team consists of first line of defense Data Governance, Quality and Privacy officers whose vision is to ensure Enterprise Data is well understood, trusted and prioritized for use and remediation. Our mission is to ensure data assets are well governed and protected throughout their lifecycle. We put in place frameworks, policy, standards and training to enable this.

Specializing in Data Governance tooling, the Data Governance Officer provides expertise in embedding data governance in global corporate environments, leveraging tooling to make it effective.
